Thousands of students and government-job aspirants in Jharkhand depend on competitive examinations conducted through the state’s recruitment system to build their careers. Recent allegations and protests concerning irregularities in recruitment examinations have created serious concerns among candidates about transparency, examination security, fairness and the timely resolution of complaints.For students who spend months or years preparing for these examinations, any credible allegation of malpractice or procedural irregularity can create uncertainty and undermine confidence in the recruitment process. Candidates also need clear information about investigations, examination schedules, results and the action being taken when complaints are raised.This petition does not prejudge the guilt of any individual or institution. Instead, it calls for a transparent examination of the concerns raised by candidates and appropriate action based on verified facts. A fair recruitment system is essential to protect genuine candidates and maintain public confidence in government examinations.

Proposed Solution

We call on the Government of Jharkhand and the relevant recruitment authorities to ensure a transparent, secure and accountable examination system.We request:A fair and independent examination of credible allegations of irregularities.Stronger security measures for question papers, examination centres and digital systems.Timely publication of examination schedules, results and official investigation updates.A transparent grievance-redressal mechanism for candidates.Appropriate corrective action, including re-examination where an official investigation establishes that an examination was compromised.Clear accountability wherever verified wrongdoing is established.The objective is simple: protect genuine candidates, strengthen public confidence and ensure that every eligible student receives a fair opportunity based on merit.
